Campus Astronomy Festival
Join us for our first-ever Astronomy Festival in the 4F atrium—five bite-size noon pop-ups (12:10–12:35) where you can play, learn, and create. Collect a stamp each day; complete all five to claim stickers/bookmarks on Friday (limited supplies). The Astronomy Club will be on site to guide, demo, and tell sky stories. Featured by our school on its official English website for outstanding student engagement.
Mon – Constellations & Myth vs. Science:
13 astronomical constellations, your real sky sign, and a collage-poetry mini-lab.
Wed – Models, Structure & Orbits:
Hands-on telescope kit—build it, learn it, and take it home (while supplies last).
Tue – Galaxy Classification Challenge:
Sort ellipticals, spirals, and irregulars with quick reference cards—become a cosmic taxonomist.
Thu – Horizon ID Sprint:
Star or plane or…UFO? Learn fast visual cues with a night-sky recognition card.
Fri – Starry Doodle Jam:

Look up—the Milky Way is calling roll. Bring the universe home in your pocket.
Astrophotography Art Salon
We hosted an immersive, offline exhibition that fused deep-sky photography with original poetry and music, turning science into a multisensory story of the night. Over 1,000 attendees explored the show, and 30 curated print works were distributed to take the cosmos home.
We organized the Shanghai-wide “Understanding Our Universe” outreach at the Pujiang Youth AI Base, featuring hands-on demos, sky ID mini-lessons, and telescope showcases. The event welcomed 1,200+ visitors and was highlighted on Minhang District social media.
